Annual Meeting 2008 - Accomodation

The second annual meeting will take place in accomodation centre Hotel Mitland, located in the east of Utrecht.

Hotel rooms
ʉۢ The meeting starts early at Monday (June 30), so we advise you to arrive on Sunday (June 29).
• When registering after June 1 2008, please book your own hotel room at Hotel Mitland. Other options in the area of Mitland are: Hotel Oorsprongpark or Malie Hotel.

Meeting rooms
The main meeting will take place in the "Vijverzaal" of Hotel Mitland, subsessions can be held in two other smaller rooms (40 persons). Please send us your suggestions on any subsessions or cross-meetings, before May 31, 2008. 

Posters
We have allocated space for posters in the main meeting room. Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to bring a poster.

Internet connection
Internet connection is available in the meeting and hotel rooms via a special internet card (to be purchased at Hotel Mitland).

Transportation
Hotel Mitland lies in the east part of Utrecht. It can be reached by bus or taxi from Utrecht Central Station (10 min.). Take bus 11, 50, 52, 53, 54, 74 or 77 and get off at bus stop "Oorsprongpark". From here it is a 10 min. walk to Hotel Mitland:

• Cross the railway crossing
• First street to the left (Buys Ballotstraat)
• Turn right at the end (Cornelis Houtmanstraat)
• Straight on under the fly-over (Ariënslaan)
• Hotel Mitland is on the right after 50 meters

Train and Railway Museum
Diner on Monday 30 June will take place in the Train and Railway Museum ("Spoorwegmuseum"). It is easily reached by foot from Hotel Mitland, please click here for a route description. The address is: Maliebaanstation, 3581 XW Utrecht.
