Networking European earthquake data service users (NA9)

This network aims to promote efficient dissemination of earthquake data and services, specifically (n the second year) to implement a demonstration portal combining selected services of ORFEUS and EMSC.  The work in this activity is closely linked with the work in NA7 (Portal for Integrated Data Dissemination). Here we focus on the technical implementation and testing of the strategy determined in NA7.    

Developments 
In the first year we have chosen a portal technology and described this. ORFEUS and EMSC have further set up a joint development environment. A first tentative overview of considered service programs has been made and both ORFEUS and EMSC have made considerable preparatory web modifications. Regular small scale meetings take place on current developments; both consortium members and non-members are welcome to participate in those meetings.
